The pass can be purchased at GO Vuokatti or SuperPark Vuokatti locations.

Experience Pass – Terms and Conditions

1. Validity
The Experience Pass is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. The pass can only be purchased at GO Vuokatti or SuperPark Vuokatti locations. Activities can be used in any order and spread over multiple days within the validity period.

2. Pass Content
The pass includes the following activities or equivalent substitute experiences:

• SuperPark – 2 hours

• Megazone – 2 games

• Escape Room – 1 game (minimum 2 participants, age 7+)

• VR Room – 0.5 hours

• Axe Throwing – 1 hour

• Meal at Piece’n GO pizza buffet

The content of the pass is determined at the time of purchase.

3. Exchange Options
Activities included in the pass can be exchanged as follows:

• Axe Throwing → extra VR Room or extra Megazone

• Megazone → VR Room or Axe Throwing

• VR Room → extra Megazone or extra VR Room

Exchanges apply only to the activities listed above and are not refundable for cash. Escape Room games and SuperPark cannot be exchanged for other activities.

4. Booking and Use
Activities should be booked in advance by phone or through the online booking system on the activity pages. Availability depends on opening hours and capacity. The customer is responsible for ensuring that participants meet any age and safety requirements. Detailed booking instructions and age recommendations/restrictions can be found on the activity pages.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the service provider’s terms and conditions. Late cancellations may result in loss of the activity. Partially used or lost passes are non-refundable.

6. Right of Use
The pass is personal and non-transferable without a separate agreement. Families may use one pass together – in this case, the names and number of family members will be recorded on the pass.

7. Safety
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions and staff guidance during activities.

8. Changes
The pass provider reserves the right to make changes. Changes do not apply to passes that have already been activated.
